Paulette Kutzler (PK) says goodbye

To the KTIS listening family,

This is a difficult yet exciting letter for me to write as I have now completed my last night on the air. I leave KTIS to begin a new chapter in my life and know that God has exciting things in store for our family, so the emotions are bittersweet. I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for trusting me enough to listen, to laugh, to cry, and to just simply share this faith walk; you on one side of the radio and me on the other. So many times when we would meet you would say “now I can finally put a face with a voice,” yet you probably never realized how wonderful it was for me to put your face to the airwaves. It was amazing to me how even though many of us never met personally, we were able to share victories and funny stories and yet pray together in the most tragic situations. Thank you for being a praying audience - your prayers have changed other listeners’ lives!

I am so grateful for the wonderful opportunities afforded me while at KTIS – mission trips, Israel trips, women’s conferences, artist interviews, author interviews, concerts, and always the chance to meet listeners and share a smile. Thank you to all the churches, women’s ministry groups, and organizations that believed in me and asked me to be their emcee or keynote speaker. I have met so many wonderful people through this process that I am truly grateful.

Finally, I give thanks to God for bringing me back into radio after having been gone for 16 years. Because of his faithfulness I was able to get back into radio ministry all the while shaking my head and whispering to Him “they think I actually know what I’m doing!” He went before me in every situation and helped me repeatedly so I couldn’t help but know all the credit went to the Lord.

Thank you for loving Jesus and for loving me as your sister in the Lord.
I’d like to leave you with a verse I adopted as my life verse the past 12 years, because it reminds me that God leads me in the future, whether that’s five minutes from now or five years.

No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.  I Corinthians 2:9

May God bless you abundantly above your expectations in the days ahead and may you feel His presence ever with you.

In Him,

PK
