More videos. . .We need your help!
Once again this year, KTIS will be making our annual trip to Nashville for the Gospel Music Association convention, where we’ll bring you up-close-and-personal interviews with all your favorite artists. This will also give us a chance to ask them YOUR questions as we’ve done before on “Three Minutes with Brandon Heath” and “Three Minutes with Paul Colman of the Newsboys!” (In fact, Brandon Heath liked the video so much, he put it up on his MySpace page!)
We’re planning to do even more of these videos, but as always, we need your questions. Here’s a list of artists that have told us they’re willing to give us three minutes (click on their names for more about them or their music):
Edit: Several more artists have stepped up; here are the late additions!
Whether you’re a lifelong fan or you know nothing about them, fill out the form below to leave us a question (Be sure to tell us which artist(s) your question is for!), and we’ll be sure to ask them while we’re at GMA! Then, check back here regularly, because you never know when the next edition of “Three Minutes With…” is going to pop up with an artist answering YOUR question!

Casting Crowns: Is the song “Love Them Like Jesus” written from a pastor’s point of view? Some of the lines seem like speak directly to a pastor who may be doesn’t know what to say in some circumstances.

At “The Great Minnesota Get-Together,” the Minnesota State Fair, the winning Dairy Princess has a block of butter carved into the likeness of her head. If you were to win a GMA Award, what food would you want the likeness of your head carved into?

Question for David Crowder:
“How do you keep your “do” in tip-top shape? I saw you on a Christian cruise in January, and even the salt-air didn’t make your hair fall.
Question for Phillips, Craig, and Dean:
“How do you keep the ministry fresh after 15 years? How do you practice, and how often do you get together since you are all senior pastors in different cities/states?”
Question for Mark Harris:
“Any possibility of a 4HIM reunion someday?”
Question for Mark Hall and Casting Crowns:
“How do you balance ministry and the road?” Any advice for starting in music ministry in my late 30’s?

Casting Crowns - You just returned from performances in North Korea. What an AWESOME opportunity!! What was it like being Christians in a country that doesn’t believe in God? And I’m curious which songs you performed. I don’t imagine that “What if His People Prayed” and “Set Me Free” would go over too well there.
We are excited for the new album and tour this fall. Any chance CC/Leeland/John Waller will be stopping in MN next spring?

To any artist - How do you write your songs? Are you just like “Hmm…today I’m going to write a song!” or is it more random inspiration, and whatever paper you find near you…you start writing down lyrics that come into your head?? Or do you just sit down with the ol’ guitar and it all comes there??
